Organizations across sectors are adopting AI, yet many struggle to achieve measurable results. Nonprofits are no exception: enthusiasm for AI is high, yet few have rebuilt their work around it to transform outcomes. Organizations that see results redesign their workflows around AI rather than adding it as a layer. Helm is a web-based guided learning tool that helps nonprofit professionals build this capability. Learners explore what AI can and cannot do, analyze their own workflows to identify high-impact opportunities, and run small experiments to test what works. This process builds the judgment and confidence to lead AI-driven transformation.
