Braintrust

From stocking stores to supporting customer requests, we rely on frontline workers’ labor daily. Yet, many remain stuck in low-wage, precarious jobs despite having the motivation to move up the career ladder. A key impediment is a lack of understanding of the competencies required to land their target jobs. Co-designed with industry professionals, Braintrust enables learners to try their target jobs’ day-to-day tasks. The learners’ submissions are compared to practitioners’ outputs, enabling learners to self-assess their strengths and weaknesses. By tapping into this braintrust, frontline workers gain clarity around which learning experiences to prioritize as they pursue their future jobs.
